Welcome to the digital 3-Day Food Combining Challenge. My goal with this challenge is to show you just how easy it is to optimize your digestion, increase your vitality, and improve your overall well-being utilizing the power of the Food Combining method. After dealing with years of IBS, seeking treatments from many doctors, adjusting my diet, trying new supplements and powders, I decided to give Food Combining an honest 3 day try.
